Take a  Relaxing Meditative Mini-Vacation with Guided Imagery”

Creative Imagery can be used in many ways, from enhancing healing, deep relaxation, for experiencing a deeper spiritual connection, accessing the subconscious or for unleashing one’s full potential. Almost any aspect of life can be improved by the use of positive imagery. Tonight, let’s take a mini-vacation …a  gentle and relaxing journey inward to where all is peaceful and calm. Leave your stress, your cares and concerns behind and give yourself the gift of complete relaxation.

Dig Deeper to Play Bigger”

If you cast your eyes to the farthest margin, as if to peer around the edge of your own horizon, you will begin to wonder: Is the horizon you envision big enough to hold your dreams?  Give yourself permission to dream bigger; renew your faith and imagination and leave the limitations behind.  Dig Deeper to Play Bigger.
Love even what is lowest in you, but do not let it define you. Instead, make a home in your heart for what is highest in you and happiness will surely follow.

“The Path to Discovering Who You Are”

Life is a journey with many wonderful facets to it that help create the person you are today. There are also just as many philosophies that have been created over the thousands of years mankind has been on this earth to help us understand who we are. And underneath, in all this is the very essences of who you really are. Each and every meditation is geared towards finding that beautiful light within. Join in tonight’s meditation and you just might discover one more beautify facet of what makes you who you are in the perfection of it all.

“New Beginnings, Part 2”
For 10 days, Jews around the world (myself included) are celebrating Rosh Hashana…the New Year and Yom Kippur.  It is a time to search within…to be honest with ‘self’ on how we have shown up this past year so we can make the changes needed in order to show up differently.  As I sit in the powerful energy of ‘new beginnings’, of clearing out the old and starting something new…I would love to share it with you.
Please join me in this 2 part series as I share an introspective meditation on the importance of having a vision, of having a dream.  Like when a child we dreamed.  Have you dreamed, had a vision, of late of the person you want to be?  Who you want to show up as?  Of the changes you would make in your life, in the world?  Can you risk coming in touch with a renewed vision and your personal power?  For you have the strength to transform what you can be to what you are…again and again.  For you already are that.

“Set Your Expectations for a Love & Purpose-Filled Week”
Join us on this call as, together, we choose to invoke a clear and powerful intention for the coming week.  Honor your journey and take this time for yourself to re-group, re-ground, re-connect and remember.  It’s a choice.

When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be…. Lao Tzu
