“From Age-ing to Sage-ing, A Provocative Choice for All Ages:
Part 2 –
Who Am I?”

Tonight we will look at our identity as “wife”, “parent”, “employee”, “boss” etc.  Are you defined by the roles you play, as opposed to the person you truly are?  We pay a price if our success in life is based primarily on satisfying others’ expectations.  Are we defined by the roles we play, as opposed to the persons we truly are? In our early years, this may lead to success, but does it bring fulfillment?  So it might be time to ask, ‘Who am I?’.  Who am I?

“Creative Imagery for Healing”

Guided imagery is used to focus the mind, induce relaxation and shift attention away from the external environment to wholeness and calm.  Guided imagery can induce relaxation that can help you reduce anxiety, manage stress, and sleep better.  It can boost your immune system and help smooth the side effects of chemo.  Please join Ann for a meditation focusing on, but not limited to, those who battle cancer.

“Your Natural Rate and Rhythm”

Just as the seasons, planets, weather patterns and oceans have their own rate and rhythm – so do you.  When life is experienced through our own natural rate and rhythm, it is Clear, Joyful, Inspiring and Creative.  When it isn’t, we may experience fear, overwhelm, confusion and frustration.  Please join Susan on this call and explore and consider how your life might be different when lived through your unique natural rate and rhythm.

“Conscious Intention”

What we perceive the world to be is what shows up for us.  So why not make a conscious change so that what appears in your life is really what your intentions are?  Habits are formed by repetitive thoughts.  Replacing these thoughts takes a conscious effort to identify and change them.  Meditation is a great tool to help you do this on a subconscious level, making it easier for change to occur on the conscious level.  Join Susan every Friday night for meditations geared to assist you in creating positive, expansive shifts so that your true intentions in life can manifest with greater ease.
