Nick LeForceSpecial Poetry Night!

with Nick LeForce, Transformational Poet

“Expand Your Horizons”

If you cast your eyes to the farthest margin, as if to peer around the edge of your own horizon, you will begin to wonder: Is the horizon you envision big enough to hold your dreams?  Give yourself permission to dream bigger; renew your faith and imagination and leave the limitations behind.  Dig Deeper to Play Bigger.
Love even what is lowest in you, but do not let it define you. Instead, make a home in your heart for what is highest in you and happiness will surely follow.

“Cultivate the Soil of Your Being”

As days grow brighter, warmer and longer in the Northern Hemisphere, we see the outer manifestation of many forms of spirit in nature.  Plants pushing up out of the dark earth reveal what lay dormant within the seed.  Moths and butterflies emerge renewed from their cocoons. This evening’s call is an opportunity to cultivate the soil of your being — clearing the field and preparing the ground for your best dreams to flourish.

“Kundalini Meditation”

Kundalini is described within Eastern spiritual tradition as an indwelling Divine feminine energy that can be awakened in order to purify the energy centers (Chakras) and ultimately to bestow a state of bliss or Divine Union.  This awakening involves the Kundalini energy moving up the central channel or spinal column, penetrating the Chakras along the way, to reside within the Sahasrara Chakra above the head.   Join Bhadra on the call tonight to access the Divine energy within you.

“Releasing Expectations”

Thanks to advancements in science and telecommunications, we can accomplish amazing feats in our everyday lives, which were unimaginable just decades ago.  One of the downsides though is that it’s easy to expect too much.  We can become very demanding – wanting exactly what we want when we want it.  This can place a great amount of stress on the people in our lives – our co-workers, spouses, children and friends.  It places a strain on us too by robbing us of our peace.  This meditation will allow us to make peace with our expectations, to release the attachment to outcomes, and to experience the peace and expansiveness that has been waiting for us amidst the chaos.
