“Opening to Love”
Love is our natural state. When we close ourselves off to love, our bodies vibrate at a lower frequency and “weaken”. In this weakened state our bodies also begin to attract lower-level experiences. Join Silvana on the call tonight for a look at areas in our bodies that are storing trapped lower-level emotions and the chance to work on clearing them so that you are free to open to love. Because when we are in this loving state, we allow our bodies to heal and be in harmony with higher-level experiences that are in synchronicity with our true nature and who we really are.
“Holding Nothing Back”
In To Hold Nothing Back, Mark Nepo shares: “… hesitation, more than anything, has been the ‘invisible hitch’ that has kept me from joy.” In the past weeks, we’ve celebrated the gift of friction in our lives and considered what it is that our life asks of us. Tonight we contemplate the effect of hesitation in our lives. Is hesitation the ‘invisible hitch’ that keeps us from joy? Join Susan tonight to explore hesitation. How would our lives be different if we lived ‘Holding Nothing Back’?
Life is definitely an adventure, with a pendulum that swings both ways; with events that bring about both positive and negative outcomes. No matter what happens, meditation is wonderful tool that allows you to go inward, find answers to life’s challenges, making it easier to be the person you want to be. Spending a few minutes nourishing yourself with meditation is definitely a beautiful gift to yourself. Join me on the call tonight. I am sure you will gain something wonderful from it.

“Set Your Intention for a Love-Filled Week”
Join the call tonight and listen to a powerful discussion about self-love based on the ideas of love put forth by Anita Moorjani in her extraordinary book, “Dying To Be Me”. The special meditation will guide you through your emotions to a place of profound love and unconditional acceptance… a place from which self-criticism and self-hatred melt away as you recognize that love is who (and what) you truly are.
Together we uncover our hidden knowledge and begin to share and to inspire others to remove that which dims the truth of who they are, by first shining our own light. During this creative visualization you will walk along the path until you find the source of your inner intelligence. Sit, commune and learn the answers to your life’s burning questions. Access a wealth of information that has been waiting for you to be still long enough to receive. Together we will “Illuminate the dark corners of your bright ideas.” Heal yourself and you add the healing energy to the world.
