“In the Stillness of Solstice”
The origins of the word solstice are the Latin words sol (sun) and sistere (to stand still). On that day, the sun appears to stop, to be still, before changing its trajectory, the energetic path it moves on. This special Nightly Healing call is an invitation to return to the stillness of your source, the Light you are. To rest in the pause of a timeless time — and like an innocent child in a summer rain, to bathe in the resonance of your inner Sound — resetting your course for a new and brighter future.

Join Susan, our wonderful new presenter, on this call as we open our hearts and deepen the power of our connection, in the shelter of each other.

“Healing Can Be Risky and What We Can Do About It”
Deep inside each one of us, we are the essence of wisdom, love and wellness. Yet, as we live life, we unconsciously use our human experience and interactions to form beliefs about ourselves… far distant from our true essence. Our inner voice makes statements such as “I am depressed, I am lost, I am in crisis, I am…” and we begin to believe ‘I am’ the one who is depressed, lost, in crisis, etc. These statements become our identity, our belief of the truth of who we are. As we navigate through life, they begin to define us in relationships and society. We expect to feel that way… be treated that way… viewed that way. It becomes a cloak inseparable from us and risky to let go of. For it is what we know and who are we without it? The healing process asks us to take the risk of shedding that cloak from our shoulders. Join Avi to find and let go of the parts of you preventing the healing, the ones too risky to let go of.

“Relax and Restore”
A relaxing and restoring bubble bath… Mmmm… just thinking of a bubble bath makes me smile. Sinking deep into comfortably warm-scented water… the sound of the fragrant bubbles bursting. No, you don’t have to go fill the tub. Join Ann tonight for a soothing guided imagery. Water is a very powerful healing and restorative metaphor in imagery, hypnosis and Neurolinguistic Psychology. Wash away your cares, worries, discomfort and illness. This creative imagery will leave you feeling soothed, serene and restored. Relax, let go and luxuriate in the relaxation!
When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be…. Lao Tzu
