“Using Creative Imagery for Healing”

Creative imagery is used to focus the mind, induce relaxation and shift attention away from the external environment to wholeness and calm.  Guided imagery can induce relaxation that can help you reduce anxiety, manage stress, and sleep better.  It can boost your immune system and help smooth the side effects of chemo.  Please join me for a beautiful and peaceful healing meditation.

“Returning to the Shelter of Each Other”

With the external distractions of the world – weather, politics, economics, etc – we may find ourselves invited to, creating and participating in high drama.  As the powerful creators we are, we can choose to find the good in these events, as we are called to return to the shelter of each other, allowing the noise of distraction to fall away.  Join Susan, our wonderful new presenter, on this call as we open our hearts and deepen the power of our connection, in the shelter of each other.

“In Honored Partnership and Support of
Radical Healing & Brandon Bays: Part 2 – Physical Healing”

Leslie will share how emotional childhood trauma lodged in her body and drove a pattern of behavior that led to her choosing relationships filled with abuse (both physical and emotional.) By using the Journey Method, she was able to uncover the old memory that drove the pattern and FREE herself from it.  Join Leslie on tonight’s call and learn how her life has changed in large and small ways now that she has healed this part of her being.  Life is always filled with challenges, but now Leslie experiences these challenges from a place of freedom… and that is quite different!

“Healing with Mother Earth”

In Indigenous societies, the earth was regarded as the giver of all life.  A close, harmonious connection with the earth guaranteed everyone’s survival.  Today, in our individualistic society, we tend to lack that same connection with the earth.  We might forget that our actions have an impact on the soil, on the air that we breathe, and on the water that we drink.  We might also forget that our health and well-being actually depends on connecting and interacting with the earth’s energy.  The earth provides a current of healing and well-being that permeates all of life.  In this meditation, we will connect with the “mother of us all,” and journey deep into the heart of Mother Earth.  There, we will visit our own personal “Garden of Eden,” which, in indigenous mythology, we have never left.  We will be refreshed and rejuvenated as we connect with this healing energy that is available to us all the time.
