“Healing Cocoon “
Our process of healing happens in cycles as life’s challenges highlight the ways in which we do not feel quite whole and well. We help ourselves heal when we can enter a kind of cocoon where our only job is to let go of our ‘dis-ease’ and open to the possibilities inherent in ‘who we are becoming.’ In her guided visualization, Shayla takes us into this healing cocoon space to dissolve what is no longer useful and imagine the new whole and well self that is emerging.

“Freeing from Limiting Fears, Part 2”
When I was small, I liked to have the landing light on, so that a little bit of light came through my partially opened door. To have gone to sleep in total darkness would have felt too scary – what might have been waiting to grab me from out of that darkness? Whilst I don’t need the light on now as an adult, this has been replaced by other fears, particularly fear of failure. So my mind says if I don’t just attempt that presentation, engage with new people, or go for what I really want – then I don’t need to face failure. Great! …not so great, because it leaves me in a double bind, if I keep myself safe I don’t move forward, and if I move forward I have to experience fear!
Join Sarah to look at ways of freeing yourself from the grip that fear can have over you, ultimately leaving you able to embrace it as a helpful rather than hindering part of your healing journey.

“Letting Go of the Controls”
So many of us are on point all the time to make things happen – to make life happen the way we desire. It’s often easy to forget that there is a force animating our entire existence – a force much greater than anything we can affect with our own will. In this meditation, we will let go of the controls for a while, so that we can go to a deeper place. We’ll set the intention to connect with this force, and let go of the need to orchestrate life. In this letting go, we will experience the deep peace that arises – and the profound awareness that we are not separate from the life that takes place around us.
When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be…. Lao Tzu
