“Healing Cocoon”

Our process of healing happens in cycles as life’s challenges highlight the ways in which we do not feel quite whole and well. We help ourselves heal when can enter a kind of cocoon where our only job is to let go of our ‘dis-ease’ and open to the possibilities inherent in ‘who we are becoming.’ In her guided visualization, Shayla has us enter this healing cocoon space, release what is no longer useful, and begin to develop a new picture of wholeness and wellness.

“Healing Potential of Helplessness”

We tend to stay away from experiencing ourselves as helpless. What’s underneath that avoidance? What does it say about each of us? Is it that helplessness is a problem that needs to be solved?  Is it frightening?  Is it like entering an unbearable black hole or is it more about shuttering one’s fantasies about one’s own omnipotence?  We go into very creative strategies to avoid feeling helpless, among which are the various addictions:eating, drinking, sex and such overdoing and overachieving, emotional dis-connection, promiscuity, obsessive disorders, and more.  Yet, if we are willing to stop the war against this black hole, and are willing to face it from within, miracles happen.  Please join me the call tonight and explore with the healing potential that is embedded in our own helplessness.

“Celebrating Friction”

In “The Friction of Being Visible”, Mark Nepo says “No matter what path we choose to honor, there will always be conflict to negotiate.”  In the world of form, all movement requires friction, or conflict.  That’s right, without the friction of a foot on the ground, a tire on a roadway or differing points of view, no forward movement occurs.  Join me tonight as we contemplate the ‘friction’ of saying what we mean, or accommodating; the ‘friction’ of being invisible or visible in this world of form, Tonight we share a process, a next single thing we can all use to shift from avoiding to Celebrating Friction!

“The Inward Journey”

Changing who you are can be a difficult task.  Many years of traditions, cultural knowledge, social rules and parental guidance creates many layers of thought patterns that cover the beautiful glowing soul that you are.  One simple way to help you uncover that shining glow – smothered under years of exposure to do’s and don’t’s – is to take a moment, turn inward and listen.  Join Susan tonight to share a few moments of an inward journey that allows for positive shifts to take effect on the sub-conscious level. These shifts will filter upwards with ease, allowing your intentions for change to manifest.

“Set Your Intention for a Love & Purpose-Filled Week”

Join us on this call as, together, we choose to invoke a clear and powerful intention for the coming week.  Honor your journey and take this time for yourself to re-group, re-ground, re-connect and remember.  It’s a choice.
